Heifer's mission to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth couldn't be implemented without our dedicated field staff. These men and women oversee the delivery of livestock, train recipients in agroecology
and animal care and ensure that participants understand and fulfill Heifer's unique Passing on the Gift requirement.

THE CHRISTMAS STORE
The Christmas Store is a shopping experience for families that need assistance for the holidays. Families are referred to the Christmas Store by local crisis agencies and school counselors. The goal this year is to help 350 families. That is more than 1250 children who would not otherwise receive toys for Christmas. The Christmas store will utilize 300 volunteers, and it will need even more people to ‘stock’ the store with Christmas gifts.
