The Bible Study Class invites participants come together to
consider how they to study God’s Word as a guide to living
in faith and love. The class is currently studying Revelation: The
End of Time. Some home reading is helpful, but not required.

The Bible is the source book of our Christian faith. It can
be both familiar and foreign, both helpful and puzzling-all at the
same time. Class participants choose the 1 to 2 week topics to explore
beginning with how to use and understand the Bible with more confidence.
No biblical study background is assumed.

This class welcomes all who wish to expand their faith and share
in Christian fellowship. It is structured so that those new to the
faith can participate as fully as those whose faith is mature. The
study topics are 1 and 2 week sessions--perfect for those who travel
or also teach in children and youth Sunday school. Participants
select their topics to study and share facilitation of the class
discussion. Initial Topic is Spiritual Practices for Families. Start

Study
Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. Begins Feb. 13, 2008
Lent is an appropriate time to consider the prayer Jesus taught
us to pray in a careful way. Each session concentrates on a major
theme or phrase of the Lord’s prayer in the hope that we will
be renewed in our reflections during Lent and intentional as we
pray this familiar prayer.
